Reporting for word-slinging duty.

"Shelf space! We need more shelf space!" Those actually weren't the exact words of client, wet n wild, but they were the pretty-much-exact words. They were looking for a big, new idea to bring to retailers to help think of them a bit differently. So, we started with a basic truth about the brand: That they're based out of (and totally in love with) Los Angeles—which, lucky for us, just-so happens to be the perfect thing for us to hang our hat on. The Art Director, Lindsey Wright, and I started with a few doodles (a la her) and a few lines (a la moi) and realized that this could actually be something. Before you knew it, we had made an entire brand book to hand the clients, bringing to life something that made them "oooh and ahhh" and that they could bring to all those big, fancy retailers to do the same.
